Energy Absorption: Similar to a Super Android, or Androids 19 and 20, Caym can absorb any Ki attack through his hands, though he is a relative novice at manipulation of Ki himself, in any offensive way. He can also suck the life force from a living being, also through his hands, rather like a Bio-Android (though it takes longer on stronger opponents, so he couldn't use it in fights to kill just anyone).
Spells:
Chonoryoku: A very unique technique done when both hands, or a single hand are put forward which can manipulate the bodily movements of his opponent to an extent, providing that the opponent is not too powerful. The person can stop someone's movements or cause internal pain with this technique.
Pyrokinesis: The ability to create fire in his hands, which Caym has evolved through playing around with it in HFIL.
NetherDemon Special Ability: Caym can tap into the abilities of any other race, like Bio-Androids.
Bio: Born to a witch named Aym, and fathered by a NetherDemon named Cresil (whom had not stayed with Caym's mother), Caym was left as an outcast from his home village. Forced to leave his city on the planet of Wizards as soon as his heritage was revealed to the public, Caym would not allow his mother to accompany him, as she would be able to settle down comfortable in another city on the planet though he wouldn't, as his heritage would follow him around.
He has spent the next 100 years or so wandering the universe, soon discovering the ability to travel the distance between planets at will.
Following the path of random destruction left in Caym's wake, agents of HFIL tracked him down, and within another 50 years, Caym had accrued the titles of Demon Angel of Death, and Chief Demon of Fallen Angels, leaving him in charge of stopping anyone leaving HFIL, or giving leave to pass the gates.
Hundreds of years passed, leaving Caym with somewhere he could be comfortable, unhassled by his heritage, able to make the most of his Wizard blood, not having to fight too often. Eventually though, this lifestyle got too monotonous for Caym.
Abandoning his post, he left the gates open, which he had assumed caused the mass breakout from HFIL, though he now knew it was a wish made with the Earth Dragonballs, the timing had been coincidence.
Now, he had reached the Wizard planet for the first time since fleeing it during his childhood, and planned to get revenge upon the ancestors of those who had banished him.
Your look: Basically the same as the picture, but without the hook thing on his foot, or eye patch, but with a tattoo over his face, of a long plant stem with small leaves.

The abilities are as follows: Namekian regeneration (When they regenerate limbs), Namekian absorption (Absorbing a dying warrior), Icer mental attacks (When they create a mental attack as well as a physical attack for every 100,000 Pl), Tuffle double zeni (When they get double zeni at the end of a quest), the Kaio-sama's ability to trade anothers life for your own, Demons reforming, Icers 'Mecha' ability (can turn to a mecha being after a week or so when they are thrown into the sun), and Sayains near death gains.
Also, Bio's absorb energies, right? So. I was thinking that for every 500,000 pl you get, you absorb 1% more pl of your target. You start out absorbing 10%. If you are absorbing regular things like Saiyans or Humans, you get the % of their joining pls. Saiyans is 800,000 pl. At starters, you can absorb 80,000 pl for each Saiyan you absorb.
