Eclipse Beam Cannon: The sky darkens as ki energy builds up. Once launched the blast lights up the area with the intensity of the sun. Lights come back after. He learnt this attack from his sister.
Shunkanido: The user places two fingers on his forehead, searches for a Ki he wants to go to, then when he finds it, can teleport there.
Khamehameha: The user cups his hands at his side, and charges a blue energy ball. He then brings his hands round in front of him and sends a beam of ki at an opponent.
Shishin No Ken (Split Form): This technique is used to split a person into up to four different parts. Each person created is not just an image like that created with the Zanzoken, but can fight and be attacked. The only problem with the Shishin No Ken move is that each person has only has half of the power and the speed compared to the original.
Ki Camera: Raikou throws about 50 or more Ki balls into the air surrounding the fighters, and they act as cameras that send images into Raikou's head, allowing him to know where any other people around him are without having to see them with his eyes. This also allows him to mentally follow any person in a different dimension.
Ki No Tsurugi (Ki Sword): A Ki blade that surrounds the hand, somewhat as an extention, and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies.
Custom Transformation: Twelve Eye Transformation: Raikou grows larger than a LSSJ, and his muscles bulge. He grows to about three metres high, and gets a pattern of twelve eyes on his chest, all in different colours. His hair becomes spiked into more seperated bunches, and his Pl is multiplied by 120. Raikou cannot yet use this transformation, but may find the power again at a later time.

Valheru's Inner Ki Soul Reaver: A sword that has been made by merging three blades into one. It has the same power level as the user at the time (Power of the Inner Ki Sword), though cannot be destroyed even by an opponent with a higher PL than the holder (Valheru Sword). It also raises the holders Pl by 20% (Double Bladed Soul Reaver)
Cobra Dagger: A dagger that can change length, or become a Cobra to attack the opponent. (2)
Ceremonial Valheru Fusion Armour of the Blazing Sun: An armour almost impenetrable, which has been created from three of the most powerful armours in the universe to create an unbreakable armour. The large ki defense boost gained when in a fusion state has been recreated, and used as one of the three armours. The next armour, was created by the same segment of his mind that created the Valheru Shield and Sword. The last armour was the Ceremonial Armour of the Blazing Sun. This armour raises Pl by 10%, and can only be used when the user has a Double Bladed Soul Reaver.
Valheru Shield: A shield Raikou got from a segment of his mind which managed to reach a level of meditation bringing back stories of the past.
Instant Travel Ship: A ship upgraded enough to get the user to the destination instantly.
Ki wrist band: Charges Raikou's ki with electricity, making it twice as powerful.
Squirrel on Crack: Just an extremely hyperactive squirrel, who follows Raikou to help in fights.
Skeleton Whip: A whip made from the bones of the deceased connected together. The sting is said to be enough to make the mightiest warriors fall.
Skeleton Armour: Enchanted armor from Otherworld, that its mightiest kings have worn throughout time. An exoskeleton of sorts, it covers the body, and a strange skull helmet covers the face. It is very good at absorbing almost ALL ki energy. Reduces all Ki attacks by 85%. Can be used for 3 Battles/Quests/Sagas, and can be worn with other armours without fusing them.
Khaer: A sword from the Mystery box, which was created from thirteen different pieces, each of which have their own Power's. This swords blade creates cuts so powerful they cannot be healed by any amount of senzu beans, though they heal by themselves in roughly two weeks time. Comes with a lifetime supply of Argon Lixor, to keep the wielder from becoming evil. The powers of the thirteen pieces are still being unlocked, but here are the ones so far known:
1: Allows Raikou to slash a portal in midair to any of the planets, including the Kai's and HFIL using his ki.
2: Allows Raikou to send a sword shaped ki beam down to the opponent from the slash, like a demon sword.
3: Allows Raikou to hide not only his Power Level, but also his Ki signature, so it cannot be teleported to by any others with IT.
4: Allows Raikou to change his appearance for a short amount of time.
5: Allows Raikou to put aside all emotions connected to anything in or outside of battle, so he can concentrate solely on the task at hand.
Bio: Brother of Aki, Son of Artek. After a long period of being one of the strongest warriors on Earth, Raikou was nearly killed by a warrior he had met on his travels. Although near death experiences often strengthen Sayains, Raikou's Power level dwindled away to about 1 million. He also lost the power he had needed to do nearly all of his moves.
