Searching for the namekian DB's

[Raikou]

Raikou appeared to have appeared on namek after the escape from his fight with Blaze. He had seen several green figures working on gardens or vegetable patches. He found a small group of houses, though not really a town as you would have found on earth. Raikou had several problems finding someone to talk his own language. He eventually found a child who said he could speak Raikous language. Raikou tested him on his english and finally promised the boy a hundred zeni if he could translate for him a conversation with the elder of this town. The boy led Raikou into a small building, within which he found a very old and wrinkled namekian. He bowed, unsure of the correct procedure. The child laughed, and Raikou stood up straight. He looked down at the floor then back up at the elder. He asked the elder "What do you know about the namekian Dragon Ball's? Sir." He added feeling that he had sounded rude. The namekian elder didnt answer, then Raikou realised that the elder couldnt understand him. He looked at the child, who came out of a trance-like state and translated for the elder, and apologised to Raikou. The elder answered and the child translated again. "He says that he knows the original creator, Guru, and is in possession of one himself. He cannot give it to you for fear that you will use it for the wrong reasons." Raikou tried to tell the elder that he would not, but this was not enough. He could think of no way to prove it, and neither could the elder. Raikou said he would return once he had found the other six and left the building. The elder had tried to tell him something but Raikou did not hear him. He blasted off, surrounded by a white aura. He followed a bleed on his Dragon radar, and eventuelly came across a tribe of namekian shaped beings, though they had different coloured skins. Blue, red, pink, yellow, any colour you can think of other than green. He scanned the group, and eventually saw a smallish statue holding a green ball with two red stars. The ball was actually almost the same size as the statue, whose small hands were hovering over the ball. He had found the two star ball. He continued to study the tribe and they seemed to be hailing the Dragon Ball. Raikou checked the area around the Dragon Ball to check the layout of those who could easily run to defend it. He waited for the right time and flew in to grab the ball and fly into the air. But before he could get into the air, he was being dragged down to the ground. Damn, these guys were fast. Raikou tried to kick them off, but each time one fell, another took its place. He charged his ki until an aura surrounded him, but not enough to power into SSJ. The heat of the blast threw the outcast namekians off guard. He flew into the air and held the DB behind his back with one hand while shooting ki blasts at the pursuers from the other. He flew as fast as he could backwards, though that was not very fast. He continued throwing ki waves at the namekians that dared to leave the floor. Raikou pulled the Dragin Ball in front of him and mimed throwing it on the floor. The namekian outcasts slowly backed away and Raikou eventually manged to leave the tribe. He couldn't help wondering about what the tribe would do next. He found somewhere safe and hidden to stash the Dragon Balls and continued on to follow another bleeping dot on the radar.

[Raikou]

Raikou eventually came upon a small island, surrounding by raging seas and wind, even though the rest of the planet was calm. He had to fight to get through the waves, but finally reached the island. He was drenched from head to foot by the time he got there, but couldn't stop, he knew the next Dragon Ball was nearby. He came upon the ball apparently unguarded, but when he grabbed it he was barraged with coconuts from the trees. He brought both hands up to protect his face and dropped to his knees. He bent over to protect his stomach and the barrage stopped. Raikou grabbed the ball and ran. More coconuts came after him and so did monkeys. Raikou ran ahead of teh monkeys, and finally leapt off the floor and into the air. He got drenched with the waves, but escaped the monkeys, and reached his hiding place for the DB's.

Raikou placed the Dragon ball with the other and turned round to see a pink skinned namekian standing in his way. Raikou looked around but saaw no other namekian outcasts anywhere. He looked back at the pink figure standing in front of him. He could sense a largish power level in the namekian. He waited for the namekian to attack but none came. He waited for a minute or so then walked straight past the namekian. He looked back to see him reaching for the Dragon Ball. He seemed to have followed Raikou. Raikou sent a kick to the side of the thiefs head, sending him flying onto his stomach. The namekian twisted before he hit the floor, and landed on his arm. A Dragon Ball rolled out, and Raikou thought he had the third ball, but then realised that it was just the ball that the namekian was trying to steal back. Raikou nudged the ball back into the hiding place, and turned round to see the namekian rising from the floor. The pink figure launched itself at Raikou, who threw a sonic kick at a surprising speed towards the namekians head. It connected, and forced the namekians head to the side, snapping the bone in his neck. Raikou stood over the namekian theif, then knelt next to him and placed his hand on the namekians face. A second later, the whole body was surrounded by a golden light, then quickly disintergrated and the ground underneath burnt black. Raikou stood up and moved a particularly heavy boulder over the small caves mouth. He leapt into the air and spent the next few hours searching for any sign of a bleep on his Dragon radar. He eventually came upon something that affected his radar. He followed the bleep, which got louder and louder. He came upon an abandoned village. He sensed a pl, but not anything massive. The pl was moving, and so was the bleep on the radar. Raikou followed it and found a little kid, with a person who seemed to be a parent, or something of the sort. Raikou snuck up behind them, and saw a very large bulge inside the childs jacket. Raikou guessed this was the bleep on the radar, since he was almost directly on top of it. He had to muffle out the sound to avoid being noticed. The radar slipped from his fingers and he heard the bleeping continue. The two twisted round to see Raikou picking up the device and trying to hide the bleeping again. They looked at each other and nodded. The child leapt at Raikou, his left leg stretched in front. He knocked Raikou back a few metres and picked up the radar. He looked at it casually then threw it into the air. Raikou leapt up from the floor, knocked the kid down with a shoulder barge and grabbed the device. A large green ball rolled out from under the kids jacket and the man grabbed it, before running off. Raikou teleported in front of the man, to block his path. He punched the man in the stomach, sending him sprawling on the floor. The man threw up, and lay on the ground shaking. The boy looked at Raikou, his eyes seemed to be full of fire. Raikou dodged the first few hits aimed at him, then a fast punch penetrated Raikou's defences. Raikou backed off a few steps, then came back in with a punch of his own. This time the little boy backed off, but he didnt come back for more. He just stood there laughing like a maniac. Raikou was confused at the boys actions until he was attacked from behind by the older man. He threw the man in front of him and looked around to see if he could see the Dragon Ball. The man got up and Raikou guessed that they knew they couldnt beat him, because they started the fusion technique. Raikou had no time to stop it before they had finished. They appeared to be androids. The controls had combined, and they were now letting off the steam from before the fusion. Raikou backed off and leapt into the air. He sent a chou khamehameha down towards them, but the blue beam just got absorbed automatically. The android didnt even have to do anything. Raikou coudnt use any ki moves, they would just be absorbed. He charged full speed at the newly formed super android. His outstretched arm was grabbed and he found himself sailing into the side wall of the alley. Raikou regained composition, and threw himself once again at the super android. The android got knocked back a few steps this time, and nearly tripped over its own feet. Raikou took the opportunity and launched himself once more at the android. He caught the android and pushed him onto his back. Raikou punched him in the face several times, before charging a chou khamehameha, and sending it streaming into the androids face. The android absorbed the attack, as Raikou had forgotten. He then came up with a new plan. He sent hundreds of ki blasts, one after the other, then a largish ki beam. The android absorbed them all, and without time to cool down, overheated. The two androids defused, and Raikou took the opportunity to destroy them both with a particularly huge chou khamehameha. He took a few minutes searching for the DB and when he found it, put it with the other DB's.

Raikou now had three of the namekian DB's. Another three and he would have to go to the elder from the namekian village he had started in. He looked at his radar and saw just a blank green screen. There was no DB's anywhere near him. The remaining three DB's were far away from him. Raikou flew around the planet until he came across another small orange bleep on his radar. He followed it, but whenever he came across the coordinates of the flashing dot, he dropped down to land, but his foot did not connect with solid ground. He looked up from the screen, and saw water for as far as the eye could see.

He looked at the radar again and checked that he was definately directly above the ball. He filed his lungs with air and plunged into the ice cold water. Raikou felt the freezing water press in on him and gasped. The water rushed into his open mouth, and he quickly resurfaced. He waited there for a few seconds while he got his breath back. He then took another lung full of air and again ducked under the water. He looked underwater, cheeks puffed up, and scanned the surrounding area. The DB was stuck between two rocks. Raikou resurfaced once more, then after his third lungful of air, dived back under.

He swam straight towards the rocks, and grabbed hold of the ball. It took him just a few seconds to pull it free, but by which time he was attacked by a giant eel. He threw several ki blasts with one hand, before charging a stronger one and throwing it directly after them. The ell recoiled from the damage but came at Raikou once more. He had found four dragon balls so far, three of which (including this one) had been praised by something or other. Raikou fought the eel off for a few more seconds with ki blasts before he could hold his breath no longer, then grabbed the ball, threw another ki blast at the eel and shot out the sea surface like a missile. The eel followed, but only a leap, it couldn't live out of water. Raikou had the fourth Dragon Ball. He flew to the hiding place and brought all the Dragon Balls out. He carried them to the namekian elders house, from the village when he first arrived on namek. The elder let Raikou keep the Dragon Balls he had collected there, and decided that he was too old to look after the Dragon Ball anyway. Raikou now had five. He was told that the elder for the next village had one, wich he recovered a few hours later, and finally only had one left to find. This one was also in water. Raikou spent a few hours trying to get as far down as he could on a breath of air and finally came upon a giant clam or oyster. He had left the radar above the water, on a small island a few miles east. He had made sure of the exact spot, and sensed a somewhat magical aura from either this oyster or something inside it. He hammered upon the shell for some time, until the top part flick open, knocking Raikou back a few steps. He resurfaced for air, and came back down again. He eventually got the clams mouth open with force, and looked inside. Whatever it was in there was the right colour to be a dragon ball, and it was the right size. Raikou used all his strength to pull open the gap, and reached inside, bringing out the last dragonball. The seven star ball, it was all he needed to make his wishes and now he had it. He used instant tranmission to appear in the elders house, and gathered the rest of the DB's. Raikou asked the elder if he could summon the dragon, but the elder told him to fetch the little boy who had translated the conversation before. Raikou found him and brought him away from the village. For another small sum of zeni, the boy held his hands over the dragon balls, and muttered a few words in namekian. A few seconds passed silently, until a giant dragon arose from the seven balls.

The boy whispered under his breath: "Porunga!"He had never seen the dragon
before, though had been trained to summon him.
"He who hath awoken me from my slumber, ye hath three wishes."
"I wish for 200,000,000 zeni!" Shouted Raikou, who was not as awed buy the dragon as the boy.
"That is within my power."
"I wish for a large energy concentration machine!" Shouted Raikou.
"That is also well within my power to grant." Bellowed the dragon. "State your third and final wish."
Raikou though hard, and decided he wanted to earn his SSJ 4 state now. "I wish i was on the Bebi's planet in time for the full earth!"
"Very well." Raikou had time to see the balls turn to stone and fly in every direction, before he appeared with a ping on Bebi's planet.
