After finishing his daily workout Max entered the library looking around noticing that his freind wasnt there today he bagan to walk around the library browsing the titles of the books on the shelves.One of the books cought his eye , it looked old and like no one had read it in ages. The books name was "A real History of our Earth" he opened the book and began reading from it though it seemed much like a fiction it was interesting so he took the book and checked it out.
Max exited the library and started walking tword his apartment.Woundering what he was going to do for the over the break.

Max dropped the book off in his apartment then walked back outside streaching and looking around he noticed nowone was around "Whats going on ... this is a place where people never stop coming" Suddenly clouds appeared overhead and it started to rain "Damn ... whats going on!"
Suddenly he felt another presance and heard something behind him. "Ive finally found you , silver!"
MAx whilered around facing a man wearing a long red overcoat and a sword in his hand "What are you talking about ... my names Max!"
The man raised the sword slashing down at Max who , in response , ducked down the propelled himself up sending a powerfull uppercut to the mans gut knocking him back a few steps. The man quickly cought his balance though "Yes your definitly the one!" he dashed forward and began wildly slashing at Max.
Max started backing up dodging each blow as it cam but the sword cought his cheek. the man halted the sword right at Max's neck "Your still not powerfull enough to match me" he said watching the blood run down from the cut on Max's face.The man seemed to dissapear as a large cut appeared across Max's chest and a couple smaler cuts appeared on his arm's.
Max fell to the ground with a large thud as the rain cleared suddenly people where bustling around him but that was all he saw before slipping out of concoiusness.

There were gasps from all around as the assailent zoomed off from sight and Max was left laying unconcious in the streets. He jumped down to the ground, scaring other people from the silence and the height of the drop. He stood up and placed his hand on Max's shoulder and shook him, trying to awake him. Failing, he lifted him on his shoulder and jumped up on the apartment building roofs and walked him into the door area in which entered into the apartment itself. He found certain herbs and vitamins within the room and used them to help heal his friend's wounds. He placed his long jacket across Max's unconcious body which he lay on a couch. He walked out of the apartment via roof and left a note. Hey, Max. Don't worry, I am telling the teacher that you are in the... Hospital because of a mugging. We don't want her too suspicious, you know. Anyways, once you wake up just make sure you arent too active. Your wounds from that sword are really deep. Nearly killed ya. Just try and pretend you are alright.

Max awoke about 15 minutes later and stood up slowly then wobbled "Damn ...." he said after reading the note "It looks like whoever that was got me good"
Max opoened up the book and started reading in it about the 5th page he read something that he could not understand completly how it was in the book here what it said.
"A young coolege student dies in appartment from sevreal sword wounds. His freind found him an hour later dead the boys name was Max Sin"
"What the hell ... Im not dead!" he slammed the book closed and walked over locking the door. then walked back over to the bed picking up the book which when he opened it the text had changed it now read that the apartment next to him was attacked and everyone died from sword wounds.
"What the hells going on" suddenly he heard a scream he opoened the door noticing the door on the next apartment was busted open when he looked inside the people were dead and had been killed by Sword."no ..... thats impossible" he ran back to his room and called the police hiding the book incase they searched his apartment.

Itachi was at his house once more drinking some hot tea in a small cup. He was kneeling when he felt something wrong. There was some murder. He thought nothing of it for in this city it was common. He sat up and turned on a tv and noticed that police were already at the scene with blood sliding on the sidewalk from inside of an appartment. They said the address of the mass murder, and all of them were killed from several sword slashes. He srood up, dropping his cup on the ground as he sprinted out.
HE slammed his door behind him as he jumped upon the buildings, ruinning faster than the surrounding traffic. After a couple of minutes of running he managed to get to a safe looking point of the scene. Max was standing outside of the apartment being questioned by the police. Itachi took it among himself to search the nextdoor area, avoiding the houses.

Finished talking to the police and watched as the left the apartments after searching his room confinscating his 2 swords to check them for blood.
He walked back into his room sitting down at the computer desk and turned on the computer begining to search for the book taht had told him what happened but everywhere on the web that he searched he found nothing on it ... it was like the book didnt exist

Itachi was only used to doors that slid open, so he didn't know how to open Max's apartment door. "Uh- Ummm I am coming in!" he said, Max not hearing him. He took his sword and sliced a large X in the door, causing it to slide to the floor as he stepped in. Max jumped at his sudden intrusion. Thinking that he was the killer, he knocked him to the ground but noticed his headband, stopping and pulling him up to his feet.
Itachi grabbed the jacket that he had left behind and draped it over his shoulders. "What has been happening, here, Max? It looks like a scene of CSI." Max told him aobut the book and they started to plot on how they would come up against something such as this.

"lets go get something to eat ... im hungry" Max said exiting the apartment as Itachi agreed with him following.They walked over to a diner and Max opened the door for Itachi so he didnt slice this one to peices."Wounder what we should do" he said grabbing his tray of food as they placed it on the counter he then walked over and filled his soda. He sat down at an empty table.
Max ate most of his food not finishing the last of it "We should probably find a better wa-" he was cut off by a large explosion half the burger joint went up in flames and suddenly he sensed a powerful presnace "Noo.... Stop killing everyone!" he said jumping to his feet.

Itachi was over at the scene of the fire and explosions. The one with the sword laughed and unsheathed his sword. Itachi saw this as a sword duel. "Very well." He threw off of the jacket that he was previously wearing. He drew the sword that seemed to be invisible from under the cloak. The katana slowly came up as he narrowed his eyes and went in for a slash across the stomach, to feel the sharp pain of a blade slashing through his own stomach tissue. When he looked up, his eyes were transformed into the red Sharingan. Blood still spewing from his sliced abdomin, he slashed over the swordman's head, seeing him dodge it. Every attack he made seemed to be going super fast, but the swordsman still outmatched him. Itachi's Sharingan seemed to be useless against the stranger. The last thing he remembered before falling uncounsous was the umbarrable feeling of a sharp blade stabbing through his back and spewing more blood from his abdomen, and falling to the ground in the wild blaze. The fire wasnt touching his body, miraculously.

"Damn ... ITACHI" He creid out as the man appeared infront of him instantly Max felt his anger at the man raise as the man said "My father killed your father .. NOW IT IS DESTINED THAT I KILL YOU!" he raised the sword slashing down at Max who moved quickly to the side.
"ILL KILL YOU FOR WHAT YOUVE DONE" Max creid out sending a powerfull blow tword his opononent as his fist glowed yellow the ban attempted to block with the sword but the sword was ripped apart by the attack and the ki covered fist plowed into the mans face sending him flying out of the diner. the man Ran back in "So it seems father was right ... ILL HAVE TO KILL YOU WITH MY BARE HANDS!"
Max felt a powerfull blow to his gut sending him skidding backwors a few feet. He pushed off the wall firing a small ki blast at the ground sending dirt into the air along with dust as he rushed through it nailing the other man in the gut sending him back couple feet now Max was covered by a yellow aura and his hair had started to spike up as a powerfull wind raged from him.Damian rushed forward agian delivering a powerfull aray of blows to diffrent parts of the body. Suddenly damians hair spiked stright up turning yellow as his full power was unleashed he moved much faster "I wont let you live after killing all those people!" Damian pointed one finger at him then shouted "Dodon RAY!" as a large blast shot from his finger the smirk on the swordsmans face dissapeared realizing his defeat he jumped up but the blast cought his side , exploding with souch ferosity that the diner was demolishied along with the one next to it but everyone had already cleared the area. Just outside the blast raidis Max appeared with Itachi his yellow aura faded as he went back to his normal form.They were both unharmed by the explosion and Max took Itachi home bandaging HIS wounds and giving him the herbs.
A couple hours later Itachi Awoke in the apartment , his wounds healed.

Itachi grabbed his head band and shook his head and looked up into Max's eyes. "Thanks, friend. You should get some rest. I'm ok." He stood up but fell back down in slight pain, seeing the blood stained clothing that he was wearing. He toppled out of the couch and slowly lifted his heavy feeling body up and felt the horrible pain in his back from the stab wound. He just ignoted it and placed his jacket and other clothing over his bandages.
He was ready to walk out in a couple minuites, seeing that Max put up another door, he pulled out his blade. Max, he saw, was starting to get worryed, then he placed the blade int he crack between the door and the wall. He sliced it down and the little door ledge slid into its socket and the door opened slightly. The Ninja Half saiyan moved the rest of the door with his foot and stabbed his swor into the front, pulling it shut. Sheathing his sword, he walked to his house slowly.
"See you later, Max." he said, "We have to go to school soon, you know. And with these wounds, they might be wondering." He toppled through the rice paper door that kept the barrier from his small house and the rest of the modern world. He fell asleep on a small couch and awaited the adventured of the next day.

Max wasnt able to sleep so he exited the apartments and began walking around. He walked through the park and headed into the forest thinking no one could find him there.
About a half hour later he heard a voice "You killed my son ... BUT NOW ILL TAKE PLEASURE IN KILLING THE SON OF MY RIVAL!" suddenly a massive ki blast ripped through part of the forest landing near Max and exploding with great force sending him flying into a nearby tree."Ahh" Max yelled as he hit the tree so hard it toppoled over.
A large man appeared infront of him sarrounded in a Yellow aura his hair was spiked up and the aura rushed about him "I cant beilive your father mated with a HUMAN" he said delivering a kick to Max's side sending him flying into another tree. "But ill take care of you halfbreed scum!"He said sending a powerfull ki blast into Max. SUddenly max heard a voice "Let your power be fully realeased you havnt realized you true potential yet ... YOU CAN WIN!" Max instantly recognized his fathers voice suddenly his power exploded around him as his hair spiked up turning yellow his eyes turned to teal and his muscles buldged.
Max rushed forward sending a flurry of punches at the man who blocked some of them , but countered with a powerfull ki blast to Max's face. Max pointed his finger at the man "DODON RAY!" he screamed as the man let out a powerfull blast at max the mans blast went right through his after image as max realsed his attack from behind the man who was cought in the blast and disapeared.
Max let his power fade down now have controll over his state he started tword his School , it was already morning.

It was another day. Itachi was walking slowly with his Akatsuki cloak wrapped around his Katana. He saw the tireed-looking Max as he placed his jacket and his Katana into his locker. He slammed it shut and spun the dial as he picked up his bags and slung them over his shoulder, casually. He found max as they walked along side into their first hour class. "So," Itachi whispered over to Max, "Whats it like having your youngest friend in the same class? After all, I have skipped a few grades." he laughed and got serious. "I saw you and that guy fighting who was he?" He heard Max tell him who he was and why he was there, and about the magics of the book.
The bell rang loudly, showing the end of their class. The rest of the day went by fast. During lunch, Itachi grabed his sword and jacket and waited for anything to happen out side. After that, the day went on faster until school let out. It was a late day, indeed. They had to find a new hang out for their old diner at the mall was demolished. There was a nice little fast food resturaunt a couple blocks away from the demolished mall. There, they were able to have cheep food and be able to chill until closing hours at midnight.
Another day has passed, and when Itachi arrived home, he waited to be greated by his family. He walked around, waiting for anyone to reply to his call of welcoming. He walked up stairs into the forbidden room of his parents. He creeked the door open to see no one was there. No one but two rotting corpses with blood stains all over their chests. A black being with strange red glowing eyes was standing in the corner of the room, staring at Itachi. He wasnt able to move. As if the glowing eyes sent chills down his spine and parralized himself.
The demonic like being spiraled into a vanishment of shadowy flames. Itachi was finally able to release his knees and fall to the ground. The sight of his slaughtered family bugged him. They didn't have regular slices along their throughts, chests, legs, arms and almost every other part imaginable, but the cuts were torn open, as if done by a dull blade. He tryed to ignore them as he felt a horrible pain in his eye. The pain was not... normal. It seemed that something was being carved in it. He raced over to a mirror and saw not 1, but two small engravings in his red Sharingan. He saw the flow of ki in the entire universe.
"This... phenominan. Its weird, I must find out what is causing it. Why am I so different form the other people? It's almost as if I am not human." Itachi falls to the ground, unconcious from the pain in his head, his new abilities with his Sharingan developing in his sleep. He awoke the next day, awaiting the next day's new adventures.

"What was ......" He said turning around sensing ki within the room suddenly he jumped up seeing a ki blast hit the wall as his room exploded he was sent flying from the building at a high speed smashing into a statue.
A large being appeared infront of him ... it wasnt human ... "Today is the day of year death!" it said as it launched another ki blast at him sending him flying into another building. Max smashed thorugh the building flying out the other side and skidding into the forest. "Damn ... hes strong/ He said as his eyes turned teal and his hair spiked up turning yellow , his muscles mass increased and his power increased as well as a golden aura sarrounded him "But ill not be beaton.
Max watched as the creature appeared infront of him agian sending a fist into his fae with suprising great force knoking him back a few steps ... "What the hell" He was unable to stop the beast as it deilvered a furry of attacks to his gut knocking the wind out of him He stepped back breathing heavily relying on his last attack "DODAN RAY" he said pointing a finger at the beast and realesing a large blast but he noticed as the blast was countered by a blue beam and it began pushing his back "no i musnt lose" he said leanding the rest of his power to the attack but he was still no match the power pushed through his beam and hit him head on.
Max fell to the ground as he reverted to his ascended state "damn ..... i cant win can i"
The demon appeared infront of him "No you cant win .... now let me remove your life"
Max "What?" was all he could say before the demon realesed a thin purple beam into Max's chest which cut through him like a sword putting a whole in his heart as he began bleeding to death ......
The demon laughed leaving the dead body propped up on a statue for all to view in the morning.
