Raikou's Mini Speed Ship landed on the surface of Unknown. He hopped out, and looked around. He had landed near the Tournament arena. He looked up at the walls of the back of the stands around the ring. He turned, and watched another Sayain enter the arena through the front door. Well, there wasn't really a door there, it was more of an arch shaped hole in the front of the rock building. He followed him in, and found himself looking at a nearly desterted square of grey concrete bricks, with triangular poles in each corner, exactly like the Cell Games arena, although there were stands for an audience. He walked into the centre of the ring, and loked around. It was deserted. The sayain he had followed in had disappeared. He threw several kicks into the air in front of him, but straight away a green skinned figure entered the arena. Raikou stopped, and looked at the figure. It was a Namekian. He was followed by two Icers, an Unknown, and a Tuffle. Raikou stopped, and watched as the fighters walked along in single file, until they reached the other side, and exited through a door. Raikou followed them, and found the sign up sheet. The tournament would start when everyone was there. Most of the fighters had signed up, so Raikou signed and waited with about twentyfive others. The other six had soon arrived, and the Tournament would start. A screen flickered into life above Raikous head, and he had to move to read what it said. It had a sort of table which showed the starting line up of matches. He was facing a Nether Demon named Legend. Severla matches were on before his, but when he was called, he was ready.
Match 1
He was facing a Demon named Akuma, who was roughly the same strength as him. He walked out onto the arena, and looked at Akuma who was walking out of the same door, but crossing the ring to the other side. He turned and faced Raikou, flexing his muscles. Raikou flexed his own muscles, feeling confident. An official walked up to him, and reminded him of what it had said on the invite: "One weapon only." Raikou handed over his Z-sword, hoping to test out his Ghoulish Dagger. He thought over the warning about the user facing their worst nightmares every day. He laughed, nervously, but it wasn't the fight that made him nervous. He held the dagger in one hand, and balled the other into a fist. He felt his confidence slipping away the moment he drew the dagger. He looked at Akuma, who had no weapon, but Raikou did not feel any better. He rushed at Akuma the second the bell rang. He launched himself through the air towards Akuma, aiming a slash of the dagger towards Akuma's chest. Akuma grabbed Raikous arm, but the dagger seemed to continue to bring itself downwards, dragging Raikous hand with it. The dagger slashed Akuma's chest, and left a deep gash. Akuma laughed as the wound healed itself, bt stopped as it seemed to slow down, then fall apart again. The dagger had some type of power which stopped the wound healing. Akuma sent a series of punches at Raikou, aiming for the head mainly, but sending a lower punch when he was off guard. Raikou was slowly being forced back, towards the edge of the arena, so he leapt into the air, above Akuma, and landed behind him, placing his hands together, making an 'O' with his forefingers and thumbs. He fired a ki blast between his fingers. Akuma leapt up himself, and landed behind Raikou, just as Raikou had done. Raikous Kikoho hit the stands, sending several angry onlookers flying to the sides. Akumas punch missed as Raikou instant transmissioned towards the centre of the ring, firing a Chou Khamehameha towards Akuma, who, by the time Raikou had charged the attack, was rushing towards Raikou. He looked around him on the floor, looking for the Ghoulish Dagger he must have dropped when guarding against Akuma's attacks. He found it, but Akuma sent a blow to the side of his head, aiming to knock him to the floor. Raikou staggered, but kept upright. He grabbed the dagger as he stumbled past it, throwing it at Akuma. Akuma dodged, and the dagger landed a few feet outside the ring. Raikou would be fighting this match weaponless. He spread his hands wide, and fired off several yellow rings of energy, all attempting to trap Akuma in them, without Raikous control as if they had a mind of their own. Raikou fired off several ki attacks at Akuma, forcing him to dodge them, distracting him from the ki rings. As Akuma's attention was distracted, Raikous rings trapped him, pinning his arms to his side. Raikou knew he could easily have won by Ring Out, but did not want to finish this so quickly. He split himself into four with Shishin No Ken, and all four of him used Hasshuken. All thirty two arms threw ki blasts at Akuma from a different angle, each copy if Raikou throwing different coloured ki balls. Hundreds of blue, red, yellow, and white ki blasts shot down at Akuma, almost destroying the tiles of the ring, which were cracked so that you could not see the cracks between each stone. He flew towards the almost unconscious body, after re-fusing his copies into him, and Sonic Kicked the Demon out of the ring. After the fight, Raikou noticed that the wound from the dagger had healed, which was what reminded him to pick the dagger up from outside the ring.
Match 2
Raikous next match was against an Icer. He watched the matches before his on the screen inside the challengers room, off the stadium. He was called out onto the stadium along with the icer named Froster. Raikou crossed the ring and turned to face Froster. Froster had a reddish tint to his skin and a 'C' shaped scar from one eye to the side of his mouth. Raikou drew his Ghoulish Dagger, and a dark room flashed before his eyes, but disappeared too quickly to see what was in it. He shook this image out of his head, and waited for Froster to attack first. Froster rushed at him, and aimed a slash with a large sword, which looked cumbersome, but Froster handled it with great ease and agility. The sword swung down towards Raikous head, but Raikou sidestepped it, and threw a fist into the Icers stomach. He aimed a jab of the sword at the Icers stomach, but Froster pulled backwards out the way. Raikou let off several ki blasts into Frosters stomach and backed off. Froster ignored the ki blasts and pushed forward, firing an icy blue blast at Raikou, freezing him, before firing a firy red and yellow column of fire, melting the ice, and singing his skin. The ice numbed his body, to the extent that the heat from the flame nearly paralysed him. The pause he made gave Froster the time to leap forwards and aim a kick for his head. Raikou was knocked to the floor spinning, and landed face down. His weapon glided out of his hand, and stopped a metre or so from the edge. He lunged for it, but was hit by a ki blast and knocked to the side. He looked up at the Icer who was standing above him. The Icer pulled him to his feet by his hair, and fired a large yellow ki beam in his face. Raikou fell back, hitting the floor hard. A small fountain of blood spurted out of his mouth, and landed on the ground beside him. The Knock Out count reach seven before he reached the energy to get up. He eventually reached his feet just as Froster turned round from his premature winning taunt. Raikou rushed at the shocked Icer, and rammed his shoulder into Frosters gut. He spun and whacked a fist into the Icers face, and finished with an Uppercut Khamehameha into his jaw. froster landed on his back and rolled over backwards. Raikou stood for a few seconds before his legs collapsed beneath him, and he could not get up. Froster was up again on the Knock Out count of five, and Raikou fired a Chou Khamehameha at him, sending Froster flying away from him and landing outside the ring.
Match Three
Raikou decided to try and fight without the blade. It hurt to fight with it. The power from the blade... The blade alone was more powerful than Raikou. He would have to fight without it. He left it in the locker rooms as he was called out for his third fight. he was facing someone named Ryuho. The opponents race was not listed on the database for the tournament. Raikou was on the field a full minute before Ryuho, who was nearly disqualified. When he finally did appear, Raikou was surprised at the sight of him. He was rather skinny, and had dark green hair. He wore a long blue coat, which had different shades of blue, but did not take it off to fight. He rushed at Raikou, who leapt over him, and fired a Kikoho into his back. Ryuho stepped forwards, away from Raikou, forced by the blast, but did not fall. Raikou aimed a sonic kick at his head, which connected, and knocked Ryuho forward another step. He leapt back. "You don't really believe you can win this do you? HA!" Raikou laughed, and rushed forwards at Ryuho, who didged a kick, and threw one of his own into Raikous back. Raikou fell forward, and spun before he hit the floor, pushing himself back upwards above Ryuho, and firing several ki blasts at his head, before firing hundreds of ki blast at him from behind, which did not aim directly at him, but surrounded him, closing in on him when Raikou finished letting off energy. Ryuho turned, and faced Raikou, sneering. "If that's all, you got, then yeah, this tournaments already mine. Hehe." He flew at Raikou, as a blue formation surrounded him, rather like Kazumas final Shell Bullet transformation. He aimed a swinging fist at Raikous face, but aikou pulled back, and roared, letting out some of his his retrained energy in a single blast, transforming him into Super Sayain. He laughed. "You cannot beat me, you know it. Underestimate me at your own risk." He let off a large Chou Khamehameha towards Ryuho, but without charging, as if he were getting rid of energy, which he had too much of. He laughed as the blast hit Ryuho, knocking him to the ground. He placed two hands to his side, and a largish ball of ki appeared. He poured energy into the ball, with his hands in the position he would put them for a Khamehameha. The large white ball grew and grew, gaining energy every moment, as Ryuho drew closer. He had got off the floor, and was flying towards Raikou at top speed. Raikou fired the ball into his face as he reached Raikou, ending Ryuho's efforts for a flurry of melee attacks. He flew at Ryuho even as he was sent away from him to the ground near the edge of the ring. Ryuho was down for the count. He sneered at the unconscious torso. "Who wins? Me. HA, and theres you acting as if you could beat me." He shook his head. On the sixth Knock Out count, a small silvery ki ball appeared in his hand, and Ryuho's eyes opened. Raikou backed off, still sneering, still in SSJ, waiting for the attack. The ball in Ryuho's hand did not grow in size, but electrisity gathered slowly around it, and it grew more and more like a liquid. Raikou could feel power in that ball, power as he had never felt. Power which he couild not sense in Ryuho. He was not sure where this power was coming from, but it was familiar. Just as he realised, the ball fired at him, and Raikou held his hands out in front of him. He could not hold this ball off, so he absorbed it with energy absorption. He felt power surge through him, and without even focusing, the extra energy transformed him into SSJ 2. He laughed maniacally as he felt the pure power from the liquid ball absorbed into his system. His aura contained small whisps of electricity. The new powers felt as powerful as anything he had ever felt, with the possible exception of when he first gained his SSJ abilities. He looked at Ryuho, who was frozen with shock, or fear. Raikou charged and aimed a kick square into his jaw, then a punch into the stomach, and finally flipped overRyuho to fire a large ki blast in his back, just like the one that Ryuho had just used, though not as powerful. Even after absorbing such a powerful attack, he had nowhere near the powerlevel to create one that strong. Ryuho was sent flying to the other end of the ring, where he lay, fully unconscious. "Too damn easy, I need a challenge." He waited for the count of ten, and sneered, before glancing at the ref, and walking off the pitch.
Tournament Intermission
Just then, a pain seared through him. He fell to his knees, and then forwards, where he balanced his wieght between his forehead and his knees. He had both hands clenched over his stomach. He lay there for almost a minute before several officials rushed onto and across the ring to help him to his feet and into the changing rooms. He was put in a bed, with a screen at the foot of it, rather like the screen in the locker room. All matches in the tournament were postponed, until the next day, when Raikou had fully healed. When he reached the locker room, the screen was flickering with images of the fight now going on outside in the ring. He looked around the bench he always sat at, ignoring the fighters still sitting in the locker room, but could not see the dagger he had left there earlier the day before. He looked back up at the screen, and in the hand of the bulkier looking fighter, was Raikou's weapon. He rushed out onto the arena, and leapt onto the mans back. That dagger felt like a drug. He needed to hold it. He knew the reason he had felt the pain the day before. This fighter had taken his weapon. He grabbed the weapon from the fighers hand, which disqualified the mans opponent, but Raikou didn't care. He threw the man to the floor, and rushed to the referee. "THAT WAS MY WEAPON NOT HIS!" He yelled at the ref, ignoring the feeple attempts to calm him down. He explained the scenario quickly and impatiently to the ref, and soon the fighter who had taken his dagger was disqualified. Both fighters were annoyed at Raikou, as both had been fighting well, and the match had been going for over an hour already. Raikou ignored their remarks, and made his way back to the locker room. He was called and walked out of the locker room, and into the ring.
Match four
Raikou was facing a Tsuferujin named Kairo next. "Weak." He muttered to himself as the skinny figure of his next opponent walked onto the pitch. He started the match himself this time with a few quick ki blasts, and charged, aiming another quick blast into the Tsuferjins face and a kick to the stomach. He sent a combination of knees, kicks, and punches into Kairos gut, causing him to throw up on the floor the moment Raikou backed off. Raikou laughed, and fired a thin but strong yellow ki beam at Kairo, sending him backwards onto the floor. Kairo held up a hand, and let off a small silver substance, which was the size of a small egg. Raikou let off several ki blasts at the egg to stop it, as he had seen this attack once before. The ki blasts did not work, so Raikou had to dodge at the last minute. By the time he recovered his position from this dodge, Kairo was on his feet. Raikou dodged several more of these eggs, and fired a large white ki beam at Kairo, which took the shape of a dragon, which snapped at Kairo before opening its mouth wide, and swallowing him. The dragon vanished and Kairo lay on the floor, almost unconscious already. Raikou slowly walked over to him, and yanked him to his feet. He wanted at least a challenge. "You are weak. How the heck did you make it this far?" Raikou fired several ki blasts into Kairo's stomach and face, before using his Sonic Combo. Blue fire surrounded him, and he felt stronger, though his ki enrgy levels dropped. He threw punch after punch into the Tsuferjins stomach, breaking ribs and bruising flesh. He sneered, as he sent a skull crushing blow to Kairo's skull, almost killing him. Raikou laughed as his victim, as he had begun to think of his opponents, fell backwards onto the floor, handing him the win. Already. Raikou laughed. "This grows too easy." The other finalist was watching the match from the locker room. " 'E was always weak," He had a deep voice. "won all 'is matches through tha' firs' attack, the controllin' one. The officials think tha' attack weakens the victim, n 'e makes the opponent pretend to fight 'im. Well, good luck in the finals." "You too," Replied Raikou "You're gonna need it." He added as the other finalist turned away.
Match 5: The Finals
Raikou was in the finals, ready to win his Zeni for beating this other finalist. He entered the ring as the finals were being introduced, and waited for his opponent, a remarkably strong human named Cougar. After several minutes, Cougar entered the arena, and soon after, the audience filled up. Raikou took his cold stare from Cougar, and looked around him, into the crowd. As the bell finally rang after what seemed an eternity, Raikou rushed at Cougar, aiming a punch for his stomach. Cougar dodged, but Raikou hit him with a second punch, and threw a leg into his side. Cougar grabbed the kick as it pulled away, and threw Raikou into the air. He flew up after him, and kicked Raikou down to the floor. Raikou landed hard. He fired a small ki beam, and powered into his Sonic Combo. Blue fire engulfed him, and he shot upwards at Cougar, aiming a kick for his head. Cougar was thrown off balance, and knocked downwards, but did not hit the floor. Raikou flew down at him and fired a volley of punches into Cougars ribs, forcing him back. He then twisted, sending a kick to Cougars temple, knocking him to the ground. He powered down from his Sonic Combo, and fired two ki blasts ahead of him, which twisted around each other, before forming into one ball and flying upwards into the sky. Several seconds later, the ki blasts rained down on, destroying the stands, leaving the spectators lying in a heap. Raikou ignored them, and focused on hitting Cougar with an Eclipse Beam Cannon while he was distracted. He started to charge ki, which took its energy from the sun, darkening the sky. Cougar was paying too much attention to the falling ki attacks to notice the light, until it was too late. The light suddenly flashed back into the sky, and Cougar was blinded, then hit by the full power blast. He was thrown backwards towards the edge of the ring. He pushed himself to his feet and rushed at Raikou, leaping into the air, and spinning fast, creating a sort of whirlwind. He made his way towards Raikou as fast as he could without slowing down his spinning, and sent paving stones from the arena into the air. Raikou fired a Kikoho into the centre of the blast, which was strengthened by the vacuum inside the tornado, then scattered, firing a full strength Kikoho in all directions. Raikou absorbed his, and rushed into the whirlwind as it started to slow, presumably as Cougar had been hit by the Kikoho. The stands around the arena were destroyed, and the paving stones had a path of destruction from one side to the other, and the referee was out cold. Raikou fired a few ki blasts into Cougars face, and leapt back, charging a Chou Khamehameha, before transforming into SSJ with an energy rush that doubled the size of Raikou's attack, and teleporting behind Cougar, firing the Chou Khamehameha into his back. Cougar fell to the floor, but was not done. He got to his feet again, forcing Raikou to think: "No wonder he made it this far." Then out loud: "You will DIE!!!" He fired several one handed ki beams at Cougar, who rushed at Raikou between them, aiming his own two handed ki blast into Raikou's face at close range. This guy was strong. Raikou was thrown back to the floor. He created a silver ki orb in one hand, which grew to a liquid, and was slowly surrounded by electricity, before he powered even higher, into SSJ 2. The orb instantly grew as thin as water, with thunder around it so thick that you could hardly see the liquid inside. The thunder slowly turned blue, as he continued to dodge attack after attack from Cougar, while storm clouds grew above. Raikou sensed the time was right, and raised his hand into the air. A black bolt of thunder fell from the heavens, and landed exactly where the Liquid Thunder orb was. The electricity around the orb was now all light blue, with small whisps of black electricity around it. He leapt back, and sneered at Cougar. "I told you you would die. I keep my promises. HA!!!" The orb flew forward directly at Cougar's heart. Cougar's eyes widened fully, and he fell backwards, dying. Raikou sneered. He watched as the limp body of Cougar fell backwards, his arms trailing above him, following his body. Raikou walked to the locker rooms, ignoring the dead body as he walked past it. He entered the room, and watched the screen as it showed replays of Cougar's death, but with no-one watching the screen. Raikou powered down from SSJ 2, and sat down, exhausted, waiting for his money to be delivered.

He flew at Ryuho even as he was sent away from him to the ground near the edge of the ring. Ryuho was down for the count. He sneered at the unconscious torso. "Who wins? Me. HA, and theres you acting as if you could beat me." He shook his head. On the sixth Knock Out count, a small silvery ki ball appeared in his hand, and Ryuho's eyes opened. Raikou backed off, still sneering, still in SSJ, waiting for the attack. The ball in Ryuho's hand did not grow in size, but electrisity gathered slowly around it, and it grew more and more like a liquid. Raikou could feel power in that ball, power as he had never felt. Power which he couild not sense in Ryuho. He was not sure where this power was coming from, but it was familiar. Just as he realised, the ball fired at him, and Raikou held his hands out in front of him. He could not hold this ball off, so he absorbed it with energy absorption. He felt power surge through him, and without even focusing, the extra energy transformed him into SSJ 2. He laughed maniacally as he felt the pure power from the liquid ball absorbed into his system. His aura contained small whisps of electricity. The new powers felt as powerful as anything he had ever felt, with the possible exception of when he first gained his SSJ abilities. He looked at Ryuho, who was frozen with shock, or fear. Raikou charged and aimed a kick square into his jaw, then a punch into the stomach, and finally flipped overRyuho to fire a large ki blast in his back, just like the one that Ryuho had just used, though not as powerful. Even after absorbing such a powerful attack, he had nowhere near the powerlevel to create one that strong. Ryuho was sent flying to the other end of the ring, where he lay, fully unconscious. "Too damn easy, I need a challenge." He waited for the count of ten, and sneered, before glancing at the ref, and walking off the pitch.
Tournament Intermission
Just then, a pain seared through him. He fell to his knees, and then forwards, where he balanced his wieght between his forehead and his knees. He had both hands clenched over his stomach. He lay there for almost a minute before several officials rushed onto and across the ring to help him to his feet and into the changing rooms. He was put in a bed, with a screen at the foot of it, rather like the screen in the locker room. All matches in the tournament were postponed, until the next day, when Raikou had fully healed. When he reached the locker room, the screen was flickering with images of the fight now going on outside in the ring. He looked around the bench he always sat at, ignoring the fighters still sitting in the locker room, but could not see the dagger he had left there earlier the day before. He looked back up at the screen, and in the hand of the bulkier looking fighter, was Raikou's weapon. He rushed out onto the arena, and leapt onto the mans back. That dagger felt like a drug. He needed to hold it. He knew the reason he had felt the pain the day before. This fighter had taken his weapon. He grabbed the weapon from the fighers hand, which disqualified the mans opponent, but Raikou didn't care. He threw the man to the floor, and rushed to the referee. "THAT WAS MY WEAPON NOT HIS!" He yelled at the ref, ignoring the feeple attempts to calm him down. He explained the scenario quickly and impatiently to the ref, and soon the fighter who had taken his dagger was disqualified. Both fighters were annoyed at Raikou, as both had been fighting well, and the match had been going for over an hour already. Raikou ignored their remarks, and made his way back to the locker room. He was called and walked out of the locker room, and into the ring.
Match four
Raikou was facing a Tsuferujin named Kairo next. "Weak." He muttered to himself as the skinny figure of his next opponent walked onto the pitch. He started the match himself this time with a few quick ki blasts, and charged, aiming another quick blast into the Tsuferjins face and a kick to the stomach. He sent a combination of knees, kicks, and punches into Kairos gut, causing him to throw up on the floor the moment Raikou backed off. Raikou laughed, and fired a thin but strong yellow ki beam at Kairo, sending him backwards onto the floor. Kairo held up a hand, and let off a small silver substance, which was the size of a small egg. Raikou let off several ki blasts at the egg to stop it, as he had seen this attack once before. The ki blasts did not work, so Raikou had to dodge at the last minute. By the time he recovered his position from this dodge, Kairo was on his feet. Raikou dodged several more of these eggs, and fired a large white ki beam at Kairo, which took the shape of a dragon, which snapped at Kairo before opening its mouth wide, and swallowing him. The dragon vanished and Kairo lay on the floor, almost unconscious already. Raikou slowly walked over to him, and yanked him to his feet. He wanted at least a challenge. "You are weak. How the heck did you make it this far?" Raikou fired several ki blasts into Kairo's stomach and face, before using his Sonic Combo. Blue fire surrounded him, and he felt stronger, though his ki enrgy levels dropped. He threw punch after punch into the Tsuferjins stomach, breaking ribs and bruising flesh. He sneered, as he sent a skull crushing blow to Kairo's skull, almost killing him. Raikou laughed as his victim, as he had begun to think of his opponents, fell backwards onto the floor, handing him the win. Already. Raikou laughed. "This grows too easy." The other finalist was watching the match from the locker room. " 'E was always weak," He had a deep voice. "won all 'is matches through tha' firs' attack, the controllin' one. The officials think tha' attack weakens the victim, n 'e makes the opponent pretend to fight 'im. Well, good luck in the finals." "You too," Replied Raikou "You're gonna need it." He added as the other finalist turned away.
Match 5: The Finals
Raikou was in the finals, ready to win his Zeni for beating this other finalist. He entered the ring as the finals were being introduced, and waited for his opponent, a remarkably strong human named Cougar. After several minutes, Cougar entered the arena, and soon after, the audience filled up. Raikou took his cold stare from Cougar, and looked around him, into the crowd. As the bell finally rang after what seemed an eternity, Raikou rushed at Cougar, aiming a punch for his stomach. Cougar dodged, but Raikou hit him with a second punch, and threw a leg into his side. Cougar grabbed the kick as it pulled away, and threw Raikou into the air. He flew up after him, and kicked Raikou down to the floor. Raikou landed hard. He fired a small ki beam, and powered into his Sonic Combo. Blue fire engulfed him, and he shot upwards at Cougar, aiming a kick for his head. Cougar was thrown off balance, and knocked downwards, but did not hit the floor. Raikou flew down at him and fired a volley of punches into Cougars ribs, forcing him back. He then twisted, sending a kick to Cougars temple, knocking him to the ground. He powered down from his Sonic Combo, and fired two ki blasts ahead of him, which twisted around each other, before forming into one ball and flying upwards into the sky. Several seconds later, the ki blasts rained down on, destroying the stands, leaving the spectators lying in a heap. Raikou ignored them, and focused on hitting Cougar with an Eclipse Beam Cannon while he was distracted. He started to charge ki, which took its energy from the sun, darkening the sky. Cougar was paying too much attention to the falling ki attacks to notice the light, until it was too late. The light suddenly flashed back into the sky, and Cougar was blinded, then hit by the full power blast. He was thrown backwards towards the edge of the ring. He pushed himself to his feet and rushed at Raikou, leaping into the air, and spinning fast, creating a sort of whirlwind. He made his way towards Raikou as fast as he could without slowing down his spinning, and sent paving stones from the arena into the air. Raikou fired a Kikoho into the centre of the blast, which was strengthened by the vacuum inside the tornado, then scattered, firing a full strength Kikoho in all directions. Raikou absorbed his, and rushed into the whirlwind as it started to slow, presumably as Cougar had been hit by the Kikoho. The stands around the arena were destroyed, and the paving stones had a path of destruction from one side to the other, and the referee was out cold. Raikou fired a few ki blasts into Cougars face, and leapt back, charging a Chou Khamehameha, before transforming into SSJ with an energy rush that doubled the size of Raikou's attack, and teleporting behind Cougar, firing the Chou Khamehameha into his back. Cougar fell to the floor, but was not done. He got to his feet again, forcing Raikou to think: "No wonder he made it this far." Then out loud: "You will DIE!!!" He fired several one handed ki beams at Cougar, who rushed at Raikou between them, aiming his own two handed ki blast into Raikou's face at close range. This guy was strong. Raikou was thrown back to the floor. He created a silver ki orb in one hand, which grew to a liquid, and was slowly surrounded by electricity, before he powered even higher, into SSJ 2. The orb instantly grew as thin as water, with thunder around it so thick that you could hardly see the liquid inside. The thunder slowly turned blue, as he continued to dodge attack after attack from Cougar, while storm clouds grew above. Raikou sensed the time was right, and raised his hand into the air. A black bolt of thunder fell from the heavens, and landed exactly where the Liquid Thunder orb was. The electricity around the orb was now all light blue, with small whisps of black electricity around it. He leapt back, and sneered at Cougar. "I told you you would die. I keep my promises. HA!!!" The orb flew forward directly at Cougar's heart. Cougar's eyes widened fully, and he fell backwards, dying. Raikou sneered. He watched as the limp body of Cougar fell backwards, his arms trailing above him, following his body. Raikou walked to the locker rooms, ignoring the dead body as he walked past it. He entered the room, and watched the screen as it showed replays of Cougar's death, but with no-one watching the screen. Raikou powered down from SSJ 2, and sat down, exhausted, waiting for his money to be delivered.
