I need a quest that can make me obtain Super Saiyan 4 and gain alot of PL while in the process of trying to obtain Super Saiyan 4..

Two problems:

1) There is only one way to gain SSJ4. That is to go to the Kais planet and train with him to strengthen or regrow your tail. On the night of a Full Earth, he will teleport you to Bebi's planet and you will turn Golden Oozaru. Survive that, and you obtain SSJ4.

2) You need SSJ2 and SSJ3 first. SSJ2 is gained from more emotional stress, while SSJ3 is obtained throguh training.




If you want a Quest that would get you SSJ2, how about this:
On planet Vegeta, there is a small group of Sayains that challenges your seat in the throne. They have hired scientists to create androids identical to you in every way, other than their Pl and that they only have one transformation. This transformation is a 20x multiplier, though they go through no physical changes. Their Power levels are somewhere around 50 mil, although as androids, this Pl is undetectable. They have the same attacks as you, and look indentical to the original, being you, though they look as you would in SSJ, without the aura. There are ten androids in total. The emotional stress would be provided by the beating the androids would most likely give you.
