as cell searched for his almost last db he reached it as it was sitting in a dumpster outside of a sushi restraunt."hmp peaple have no respect for ancient artifacts."cell reched into the dumpster and retreaved the db."this smell is distugsting what are they doing inside thta restraunt?"cell walked away but as he was elaveing he got a instant urge to destroy the bulidng.cell clamped his hands into a cup form and screamed HE LAUNCHED A huge bolt of ki blowing the bulidng into the air and it landed in flames.as he watched he felt a pain released and he wanted more.he continuoly blew and anihalated buliding after buildng until the town was in chaos and panic the he walked off for his last db.
