DYNAMITE PUNCHES: After Toonz spent time in the training room, he managed to combine his 8 arm attacks with his dynamite punch meaning that dynamite punches is now harder to avoid and if all 8 make contact it'll leave them hanging onto their life by a thread (Power varies on PL)
SPECIAL BEAM CANNON: Toonz Powers up a beam with Two fingers on his head, when there is enough power he releases it into one concentrated bam with the power to pierce through anything.
KI BARRIER: an energy based aura that blocks powerful Ki blasts, It can also deflect it back at the user. The deflection part requires a huge amount of mental ability which Toonz managed to master in the training period
SUPER SAIYAN 1: While in the training room something inside Toonz snapped and he transformed into a super saiyan. Toonz trained in the hyperbolic time chamber in super saiyan form until being in super saiyan became as natual a breathing, now super saiyan is his base form
SUPER SAIYAN 2Toonz once again snapped while in the hyperbolic time chamber while thinking of his past where frieza killed his dad and deliverd the head to Toonz' mother. These past images caused him to transform
SUPER SAIYAN 3: Toonz' transform into a more powerful form with long dreadlocks
SUPER SAIYAN 4: Toonz achieved his super saiyan 4 form while aided by Aki after he gained control of his golden Oozaru form. This is the strongest saiyan form but under more training, he can probably achaive an unknown power.
INSTANT TRANSLOCATION: When in super saiyan form Toonz has the ability to instantly teleport from one place to another in seconds, including planet to planet. It is also used in WARP GALIC FLASH to decrease the ability to avoid the attach
MIND TALK: it will let the user talk to anyone he/ she want to, through their mind.
AFTER IMAGE TECHNIQUE:Toonz moves at hyper speed, while in either normal, super saiyan or Super Toonz form in order to create images of himself
MOONLIGHT BALL TECHNIQUE: Saiyan throws a harmless ki ball into the sky that emulates the moons light causing Oozaru to take control of themselves.
SPINNING KI BARRAGE.Toonz managed to spin at a suer high speed and release 40 Ki blasts every second, making a barrage of kis coming at yor from all over, an unavoidable atack, especially at close range. The move can be done without spinning

MEGA SHOCK WAVE:: Toonz raises his hands and sends a huge shock wave along the floor. Cannot be done in the air but can reach someone in the air if the shock wave is high enough (goes high with higer PL)
Sword Kamehameha:After purchasing the Kamehameha sword Toonz unlocked the ability emit a kamehameha wave from the sword
CHARGED PARTICLE BEAM:Toonz powers up a beam in his hand and channels all the electrons from the beam to the ground. While doing this he is protected by a surge of electricity that is cretaed as the electrons try to go back into the beam by jumping. When Toonz is done powering up the attack, he releases it. The positively charged beam forceds its target to loose all ther protons and become negatively charged, causing them to be attracted to each other. This makes the move inescapable. When the beam hits, it causes the target to be electricuted and left temporarily parylised
Bio: From the planet Vegeta.Toonz childhood was lost as hi father was slien in a battle with Frieza while he was trying to protect Toonz and her mother from Frieza and his tyrants. Toonz was there to whitness it. Although just a baby Toonz recallation of this moment was as if the incident occured yesterday. Toonz father tried to be brave and approach Frieza, but it was the last thing he ever did as with one flick of Frieza's tail. Toonz fathers head was knowcked of like a golf ball. To make matters worse, the head of his father was personally delivered to Toonz and his mother by Frieza himself. Toonz has tried to surpress his childhood memories and it served only to make him stronger.
Toonz returned home after taking over a planet, only to find that his home had been destroyed. Enraged, Toonz travels the universe in his run down spaceship looking for answers as to what happened to his planet, but he learns that not only was the perpotraitor Fieza, the one who killed his father, but he has also been killed by the son of Toonz' father's best friend, Kakarot or on Earth Goku. Toonz thinks he is the only Saiyan alive but he soon meets a whole new world of saiyans and halfbreeds, and with the legendary dragonballs, planet Vegeta is wished back and Toonz is to be guardien for tha planet. What new adventure await Toonz?
Your look: Toonz is a tall black male with a muscular structure. He waers tight trousers for more movement and only a strap accross his top but doesn't actually wear a top. He often changes his clothes and hair styles, sometimes to white and he changes his afro into corn rows. He still posses a tail
