Frosta looks much like his father Coola who inherited a darker tone of skin, only Frosta has red skin and other variations of darker red in areas of his crystal-like skin. His skull structure is slightly different, it carries a peak formation at the top of his skull. Much like his father, Frosta was born into the 4th transformed state but as such his body treats that as a average powered or default state equivilant to the common first form. Because of this, medical teams on his home planet made estimations that Frosta's body in birth had evolved for greater purpose of transformation. That very well may imply that growth in adulthood will discover more transformations in the future (Beyond 5th transformation). He stands at a hieght of 3'6 and although toned in muscle naturally he holds a thin figure in build.

Attacks:
-Versatile Death Beams: Through experimentation, Frosta can not only fire it from his eyes but his fingers as well, later practice lead him to discover he could fire from all fingers including his thumbs and tail.
-Shunkan-Ido(Instant Transmission): A unique ability learned on from his father who stole it from Yardrat, it allows him to reduce the body into light particles to jump from point "A" to point "B" in an instant, nearly anywhere so long as he focuses on a specific ki signal where he wants to go, he can see where hes going, or any place hes been to before.
-Ki Barrier: He can generate a large red barrier of ki around his body or around a group of people if standing close. It slowly weakens the longer its held up and he cant do anything else until he has lowered the barrier.
-Psychic Atomu Sendou: Used through the eyes or the hand it creates nearly invisible sparkles though the air, the sparkles are the barely noticeable sight of molecules and atoms within a path being aggitated. All the Agitated molecules rush into one centered spot then detonate with atomic force. Another trick he learned from his father, Coola.
Zanzouken: The speed and sudden shift in actions leave behind a realistic after image with temporary trace remains of power level resonance. After five seconds the after image turns transparent then fades away.
-Remote Gravity Death Ball: A spark of ki lights on the index finger, and once enough energy is gathered this spark may grow to the size of a small moon. When ready, this "Death Ball" is thrown towards the target and can puppet it's flight and direction psychically. Typically this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent. The ball of energy pulsates and draws things into it with a gravitational pull due to its massive size. Frosta can also withstand his own energy or absorb it back into his body in case of emergency. Much like his father, it takes him little no time to form it...about 5 seconds to be exact.
-Dichiretzuzan: A powerful, very long and invisible blade-like energy created with two of his fingers. It can slice through anything, and potentially could slice the planet in half if enough power were put behind it.
Hokaku Kon Dan("Imprisonment Ball"): A special attack used to capture his opponent within a ball of energy that they can't break out of. He can manipulate this ball as much as he wants, but it explodes as soon as it touches any surface other than Frosta himself.
Ki no Tsurugi: Frosta can create a blade of ki with a flat hand or with the end of his tail like a scorpion stinger.
Nobinobishippo: Much like a namekian can stretch their limbs, Frosta learned how to stretch his tail very much similar in order to perform sneak attacks, super constricting strikes, and out of range grabs.
Guillotine Death Ring: One of his more favorite moves, he aims his hand at a target and creates a large red disk-like ring to appear around his opponent. When Frosta closes his hand the ring snaps in like a guillotine and slices the target in half just before the energy touches itself and blows up. Frosta can create a ring for every finger he has on one hand.
Telekinesis: Frosta can lift or move large objects through the air with his mind. (A Metal Coola uses this ability to drive Goku through a mountain on New Namek.)
Darkness Screen: A touch of what its like to be at home, dark and cold. Frosta throws out a screen of darkness that fizzles and crackles with with Frosta's ki signal in every direction at once because it came from his body, this prevents him from being detected by his power level. Inside the darkness screen it is pitch black even in the middle of daylight and not a single figure can be made out. The only person that can see inside it is Frosta, but this technique does not stop uncanny sense of smell or hearing. When Frosta leaves so does the darkness.
Bukujutsu: Like almost all Dragon Ball Z characters, Frosta is able to fly through use of his ki. Fast, slow, hover, or boost his flight speed depending on how he controls his ki signitures.
Bio: Born into royalty, he is the first born son of Lord Coola Kold. He spent a majority of his life on his dark planet being taught the ways of royaly, as they put it....it was Lord Coola's job to teach him the important stuff such as being evil and conquering planets. Frosta remembers the day when Lord Coola took a day off to teach his son the fundamentals of Ice-jin style combat, the turning even that day lead him to rebel against his father and his teachings. Frosta brought one of his favorite dolls to the fighting grounds which was the location of a planet that had been formerly irradicated by his father's goons a week prior. Coola was displeased and made a fine example of the doll by vaporizing it into particles.
Because of that day Frosta wanted to be nothing like his father out of sheer spite for his actions that day. Of course Coola would try and reach his son but it only drove Frosta to want to become more and more the opposite of his father....of course there was some nature that an Ice-jin couldnt escape but sure enough Frosta was becoming more watered down compared to the usual nature. As the years passed by they both saw fit to just ignore and stay away from each other and Coola grew more and more absent os his son's progress let alone his where abouts. When Frost turned the age of 6 a party was thrown in celebration, his father yet again took time away to honor his son's birthday but only as far as thier relationship would grant in stubborn behavior.
Coola asked his son if he was ready to stop acting uncivillized and in response Frosta asked him if he had any planets to conquer...in a sarcastic tone at that. Naturally Coola dismissed it as cool and collect as he always was and that was the last time Frost had ever seen his father. Later that week Frosta had comondeered a space pod and took a cruise in a random direction of the galaxy, with the way he was unsatisfied at hom he didnt much care where he was going...he had his own pride to thank for that. Frosta wound up crash landing on planet Earth where he discovered that the inhabitants were very much different than his own people.
To him the people of earth were entertaining and sparked his curiousity in many ways. There were so many different types of creatures there that they never questioned his appearance, they fought but they also took care of each other.....even the ones that didnt seem to be of royalty. He loved everything about the planet, the bright sky, the food, the people, the culture....it just grew on him. And the most important part was that nobody pressed him to be like his father, he was content with this. He travelled the world, exploring thier culture, trying new foods, and of course devistating people with his fighting skills here and there. But for the most part he just sought to satisfy his curiousities of this planet.
Frosta was plenty happy to call this place his new home, in his mind he could take care of himself. He didnt need father to watch him and its not like Coola really cared (or at least it seems so *gulp*) where he was...and it didnt really look like anyone new where he had went so all was fair game in the name of exploration. He figured everyone else would just regard his disappearance as him finally leaving to conquer a planet.
