Eye Beam- A blast from the eyes.
Death Beam- The same beams Frieza used, shot from the fingers.Can either be made to eplode on contact or go through a target.
Energy Cutter (AKA Death Wave)-Freeza uses this technique when he's showing off to Goku. He holds his arm up with two fingers extended. The tips of his fingers then light up, and he sweeps his arm down drawing a line in the air in front of him. This releases a thin wave of energy that cuts almost anything it hits. With this technique, Freeza is able to cut a huge slash into the planet Namek but Kuriza is of course not that strong yet.
