Attacks: Shunkanido: The user places two fingers on his forehead, searches for a Ki he wants to go to, then when he finds it, can teleport there. Does not actually need a Ki to teleport to, but can teleport to other destinations at willinstead if he wishes.
Time Freeze: A move previously known only to the Bas-Jins, where the user can freeze time by holding his breath.
Cyclone Smash: Jimmy lands close to the opponent and starts to spin. At enough speed pieces of rubble come up off the ground. If there is no rubble, then chunks get pulled up from the Earth. Soon the opponent is pulled off the ground to spin around also. While that person is spinning the rubble or chunks hit the person with incredible speed. (Raikou's move, used with permission)
Bio: Jimmy was born to a whore, who died soon later. As he grew up, he was taken in my a group of thieves on Vegeta called the 'Mockers'. By the age of only 14, he has become one of the top thieves the Mockers have. The 'Upright Man', the leader of the Mockers, who has never revealed his identity, other than to four of his most trusted Mockers, was his father, unknown to Jimmy, but revealed to one person, as you will soon see. On one of Jimmy's nightly scavenger hunts, he found an assassin on the roof of the house he had been planning to rob, poised to kill the Prince Vegeta. This assassin was a Nighthawk, among the fastest Humans alive. Jimmy managed to beat him, with luck, and rushed to tell the Prince Vegeta of the plan. For telling the Prince before the Mocker's, Jimmy was sentenced to be killed himself, but the Prince bought his life from a voice of the upright man for 10,000 zeni. Despite this settlement, Jimmy was ambushed by another Mocker named 'Laughing' Jack. He killed Laughing Jack, and made his way to Earth to live as far from the Mockers as possible, where he has become acquainted with several stronger fighters than himself. He has continued to train himself in the ways of the Mockers, becoming faster than even the fastest Sayain, though lacking in much Stamina.
