A small planet, unknown by nealry everyone

On a small planet, there sat a very large and hi tech lab nestled in a vally, undetectable to electronics due the the nearly constant electrical storm in the planet's atmosphere. There were many types of machines, from saibamen cultivators to mineral analyzers. This location was kept up by a select few scientists, with the help of saibaman labor. In the center of the compound, a small, fat man read a report from one of the many sattelites orbiting this planet, as well as other small planets in the region. This report showed that many high power beings weredetected in a short amount of time. Lately, there wasn't any sign of major fights, so this worried the man. He quickly filed the report on the computer, and punched in various commands. If there were any other major powerlevels detected, he would know.....

The sensors, now made much more sensative due to recent events, began to spit out readings of another power increase on Vageta. The man at the console began to immediatly begin punching commands into the somputer, working furiously. He then activated a telecom system near his seat. Punching in the number of the desired person, he immediatly issued his order. "There they go again, get the ships and a handful of class 1, 2 and a 4. I whant them ready now."

Yet another large powerlevel was sensed, this one was coming from earth. All these occurances had the man at the controls worried. In no time at all he reactivated the intercom. "Get moving! I have more powers sensed. Send pout more to get on searching for a way to bring him back!"
