Dark Stands in an open field. he feels the warm air blow inhis face. he then closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. the then starts sparring with himself. punching in the air and spin kicking. he then starts to run and then stops,. he shoots an energy ball at a near by boulder. it completly disintigrats the boulder. DArken then jumps really high into the air. then does a dark shadow blast toward the ground. the blast shot from his palms and into the ground creating a creater. he then starts falling until his feet touch the ground. as soon as they do he starts sparring again. this time he hits a rock wall, creaking and breaking it. finally the rock wall falls. Darken steps back to take a breath. then stops sparring and walks away.
