(OOC:Assuming you'll want me to use the new display name.)
A darkness falls in Treble's mind when he begins meditating. Rhylant is probing his mind, establishing a mental link. Suddenly, both are standing in a plain white room, though the entire thing is in their minds.
"Let's get to it then," the Tuffle says, sounding somewhat eager. "Now, the first thing you'll need to do is train your mind to react so quickly to changes it requires no concious thought. We'll start off simple. I will be using three colors. Childish, perhaps, but effective." He gestures at the room around them.
"Red." The room flashes a bright red, then fades. "Blue." A blue flash now. "And green." Green spreads through the room, and disappears just as the others. "When I say red, I want you to think orange. If I say blue, think pink. And if it's green, think black." He smirks slightly. "Being able to think quickly and change directions completely in your thought processes, while still being able to remember what the original thought was, is a must to be able to use this move effectively." He looks thoughtful a moment.
"Let us begin then!" He stands silent for a moment, then suddenly calls out the names of each of the different colors, rapidly. Each time he speaks the room flashes the color he says. The effect is somewhat dizzying, and perhaps intentionally so. He watches Treble carefully, waiting to see whether he can keep pace.

Rhylant:Red. Treble(Note:He is thinking in this post):Orange! That was too easy! They are almost the same! Rhylant:Don't get to confident.Blue. Treble was fooled by the room flashing. Treble:Blue, wait no pink! Rhynalt:See?Green. Treble:*Hesertaits*:Err...Black! Rhynalt:Green. Treble:Black! Rhynalt:Green. Treble:Black! Rhynalt:Blue. Treble:Bla-pink,pink! Rhynalt:Red! Treble:Orange! (This goes on for about half an hour,Treble getting better.) Rhynalt:Blue! Treble:Pink! Rhylant:Green. Treble:Black! (This goes on until Treble is getting them (right) in less then half a second).

Rhylant patiently continues, noting the rate at which Treble improves. The exercise continues until Treble can snap the answer back almost as fast as Rhylant can say the first color. Rhylant stops, and gives a nod, an approving expression on his face.
"Very nice. That went faster than I had expected," he says pleasantly. "Now comes the tricky part." Rhylant takes several steps back, and raises three fingers, pointing them at Treble. "You'll have to learn the attack by trying to do as I do. Remember, this isn't going to work unless your mind can snap to a thousand different places in an instant and still focus on something else." Red and black ki builds on the ends of Rhylant's fingers.
"Angler Beam!" A very small, concentrated beam of ki erupts from his fingertips. However, rather than going straight for Treble, it flies literally everywhere, sharply changing directions at 90 degree angles at least 10 times a second. Because of the speed of the beam it's almost impossible to keep track of where it is, and though the directions it moves in seem to be random it somehow ends up turning a final time a mere 3 seconds after it was fired and heading straight for Treble's chest from only a few inches away, the trails it had left through the air not even faded from view yet, giving the impression that some huge web was knitted between Rhylant and Treble.
"Make sure you're watching it carefully!" Rhylant calls. "Oh, and try not to let it hit you, it may be weak but it'll probably sting a bit." He grins slightly as the attack makes its final approach.

Treble throws himself to the side, feeling the heat from the beam just miss him.He rolls to the right and leaps up in time to notice that it is just above him.He dashes forward and turns. The beam seems to have disappeared. He notices a beam going off to the right.Realizing where it might be by now he dives forward and not a moment to soon,as the beam goes right through the spot where he was standing. This goes on for about 35 more minutes with Trebles reflex's improving, but with him tiring.Treble dodges the beam as it comes down, catches his breath and franticly looks around for it.He spots it just as it connects with his right arm.He yelps slightly feels a sharp pain go through it.

Rhylant nods slightly. "Very good, very good. You avoided it for a decent amount of time... Now it's your turn." He lowers his hand and watches Treble carefully.
"I don't expect you to be able to make it turn quite as often as I do, but with practice you should be able to get just as fast, if not faster. Now, let's see what you can do." The Tuffle stands ready, waiting for the attack.

Treble concentrates Ki into hand. When he is sure he has enough Ki he says "Angler Beam."The beam shots forward but instead of aiming it at Rhynalt,he practices controlling for about 20 seconds. He obviously doesn't have complete control over the beam as he has to move his fingers in the direction he wants it to go.He directs it at Rhylant, but instead of a straight beam,he has it go in a diagonal zigzag at Rhylant.

Rhylant bounds back and forth across the "room," nimbly avoiding the beam as it zigzags about. He notes Treble's need to move his fingers to get the beam to change direction.
"Good so far," he says as he moves about. "Keep at it, once you've perfected its movement enough to make it shift without moving your body all you'll need to do is practice until you can make it fast enough to strike me." He pauses a moment, thinking. He then forms ki balls in outstretched hands, and tosses them into the air, manipulating them so they zing about the room on their own. He launches 5 balls in all.
"Start off by trying to hit those. Once you think you're moving fast enough, then direct it at me again." He folds his arms, and goes back to watching as Treble improves.
