Kazuma awoke frome in his spacepod, still on the icer planet and walked to their gravity chambers. he made the gravity in the room 200x gravity. he fell to his knees and slowly got up. he tryed out his new attack, "Distructo Disk." His arm was raised above his head and a disc formed. he shot the disk and it went around the room. he stopped it and but a plank of wood in the middle of the room. he made the disk slice it. the disk cut it and at first it seemed like nothing happened, but then the top of the wood fell off on fire.
he kept doing this over and over for about an hour until he was completely exousted. he fell and rested, but got up after a while. he needed to be more extensive with this training. he powered up and turned super saiyan. he did his "Distructo Disk" and he used his "bullet sheild" and blocked blocked it. while he blocked it, he was pushed back 20 or so feet. he repeted this until when he blocked it, he did not move a single inch. he shot a ki blast and had it circle the room at intense speeds. he followed the blast and eventually was almost running past it. he did this, increasing the speed, until he got so dizzy, he fell backwards and skidded accros the floor until he stopped. when he got up, powered down and wiped his face on a towel. he turned the machine off and stepped out side.
