you can choose one of these quests
1) go to namek and learn their way of fighting (you will be supplied a small space pod)
2) find an earth dragonball

first it will take three days to get there and three days back... ( to get starrted on a quest just go to the space board and post there.)

Space pod (can,t train in this pod, nessicary for space travel): 10,000 zeni
So no, I don't think you will be able to train.
