Ahhh, Demons. Possibly the most dangerous of all races, with their ability to reform. But, since this is a game, there have to be limits or the race becomes too strong.
So, reforming. How does it work? Basically the Demon, being a completely magical creation, is able to govern every atom of its body separately. So even if they're completely vaporized, they can return their body to its original state. The only real way to kill a Demon is to do what Goku did, hit them with an attack so strong it completely disintegrates them. However, as stated before there are going to be limits to reform.
All Demons start off right away with the ability to reform. So, to keep them from being too strong, they can only reform once for every 100,000 pl they have. This means a Demon at 300,000 pl can reform up to three times, etc. So the lower your pl, the less you're going to want to act like Buu and allow yourself to be shattered again and again. Eventually you won't be able to reform anymore. High pl Demons may not even have to worry about running out of reforms, since they could get up pretty high without a whole lot of trouble if they're putting a lot of work into the character. The reason for this follows.
Demons, a bit like Bios, can absorb people by breaking off a chunk of themselves and trapping the person in it, returning it to their own body after the person has been completely smothered by it. Once they've absorbed someone they change, sometimes radically, in appearance. They still retain their pink flesh, and the head tentacle that all Demons have, but other than that everything changes to look more like the person that was absorbed. When absorbing multiple people, the Demon looks like the strongest person present in his body at the time. They even sprout the clothes of that person, though these don't replace whatever the Demon may already have been wearing, and they can always tear them off and regrow them. The fighter inside them is a bit like a disk inserted into a computer. The Demon can access anything the fighter had at any time, clothes, appearance, attacks, personality, everything. A Demon who's absorbed enough people can even eliminate his only big weakness;his temper.
Demons really don't have forms, as their power and appearance comes from absorbing people. They start off as small, kidlike creatures, and change according to who they absorb later. They get the multiplication of power equal to whatever form the person they absorbed was able to use. For instance, if a Demon managed to absorb a Super Saiyan Four, he would multiply his power by 35. The Demon can only keep up this multiplier as long as the fighter's energy lasts, but like everything else he can always access it again later after the fighter's energy has recovered in his body.
Like Bioandroids, Demons will be odd to play with so few people, so for the time being Trunks and I will be moving in NPCs for the Demons who do a decent job RPing their character to absorb. The strength of this NPC depends on the RP skill of the player.
That's about it. More will be added as needed.
