These guys were difficult to come up with ways for them to get stronger, or anything like a form. But after thinking on it, I came up with a way it might be able to work. It's going to be similar to what Doctors Myuu and Gero did in the show to create Super 17.
For Androids' first transofrmation, you need to bond with two other androids, who are weaker, in order to attain it. This transformation makes you over a head taller and your muslce size increases dramatically. The other androids will have to be destroyed in order to make this trans work. The chips and the power sources go into your own head and chest so that you transform. Your power is multiplyed by 15. This transformation can be turned on or off at will. Your hair spikes up and turns a radical color, and your skin turns a strange color (of your choice.)
Rather than make it so they need to kill and absorb an Android like Bios, I decided to make it a somewhat nicer way for transforming, though like Bios they'll have to depend on us admins to transform until more Androids are made. So here it is. To transform, two Androids need to perform a fusion of sorts. This is done by evening out their energies, and allowing their mechanical components to integrate with each other, creating a single Android. This fusion combines the processors of the Androids, so it essentially overclocks them, making them far more powerful. However, this also means they generate far more heat, and after a time the Super Android will overheat and the two Androids will separate again. This can be delayed if the Super Android can find somewhere to go to be able to stand still and let off steam for a while. Literally. Open the air ducts, and pump out the excess heat in the form of steam.
Now, on to the abilities. For Androids' first transofrmation, you need to bond with two other androids, who are weaker, in order to attain it. Since they're Androids, they don't have to worry about their energy running out faster in this form. However, they must be careful. The more energy they use, the faster they will overheat, and the faster the form will end. And, to keep Androids from separating and merely refusing again, there will be a ten minute period after they separate that their systems will go on standby so they can cool off. So if you try to overpower the opponent with a huge use of energy, expect to lose your form and be helpess to keep them from killing, or possibly absorbing, you and whoever you fused with. If you're fighting a Bio it might even be best to not use this form at all unless there's no other choice. Imagine what would happen if two helpless Androids were sitting in front of an Imperfect Bio. There's only one place they'd go; straight into the Bio's tail!
There are other benefits to this form, however. As Super 17 showed in GT, Super Androids are impervious to energy attacks. Any ki attack shot at them merely increases their power more. Every time a Super Android absorbs a ki blast their pl will double. However, this double only lasts until the form runs out, and anyone knowing a Super Android's abilities isn't going to be stupid enough to fire ki at them. >.> Still, if it's a choice between at least knocking the Android back with a ki blast and being killed, it could happen. Plus, some people may choose to try and overheat the Android by making them absorb a lot. It can be done, but it MAY take longer than letting them run themselves down, depending on how strong they are. The stronger the two Androids are when they fuse (it might require one of them to power down) the longer they can hold the form. To keep people from having to guess...
At 1 mil, they can hold the form for 15 minutes, 10 if they use a lot of energy.
At 5 mil, they can hold it for half an hour, 20 minutes if they use a lot of energy.
Every 5 mil above that they gain another half an hour, and after 30 million they are no longer affected by how much energy they use.
Oh, and one other thing. When they have spent half the time their form allows, they can use the steam built up to attack their enemy and inflict serious burns if they can hit them with it. Obviously this is an attack that's more meant for the lower-power Androids to use, since the high power ones could spend several hours waiting before they had enough heat built up. The attack opens a duct on the enemy and blasts them with the pressurized steam, and I'm sure everyone knows just how hot steam can get under the right conditions. Apart from it being possible to seriously wound the enemy if it hits just right, this attack can also be used to shroud the Android in steam and give them a couple seconds where the enemy won't be able to tell where they are. Since Androids can't be sensed, they'll be very much invisible.
Your First Super Android form multiplys your powerlevel by 15.
The Second Super Android form multiplys your powerlevel by 35.
I think that's it. More to come as needed.
