Raikou walks into the time chamber, and notices how bare it is. he flies as far as he can without losing sight of the door. "i must never go beyond this point." He said to himself. Raikou started by running round the area he had marked out for himself. When he was drenched in sweat, he started to spar with himself. He hurt himself quite a few times, but not badly. He stopped attacking himself, and started to raid the store room. “the food won’t last too long with me in here. haha.” He filled himself up and started more running and sparring.
For the rest of the month Raikou prepared for the intense training in the next several months (or hours, whatever)

Raikou wore 10,000lb bracelets and started to punch and kick the open air. He sent ki blasts into the air, and wondered how long it would take before they came down. He continued to spar with himself. He filled up after a few hours, then started to focus all his ki into one point. He charged ki balls and fired them into the sky again. He tried to speed up the time it took him to charge large amounts of ki.
For the rest of the month Raikou mastered the use of his ki.

Raikou took out his z-sword. He hadnt really used it since he had received it from the icers. He practised the basic attacks against the walls. After he was used to the basic attacks, he started on the more advanced attacks. He attached 10,000lb bracelets again, and practised his sword techniques. He tried to do the kind of things they do in Indiana Jones or Jackie Chan type films but failed miserably, like most people do in life. He attached heavier weights to his arms and continued to train his sword.
Raikou spent the month training with his z-sword.

Raikou decided it was time to train the weakness out of his tail. He curled and uncurled it a few times to relax it a bit. Then he supported his own weight on his tail. He had a vision and saw a dark shadowy figure. The figure said something in an unknown language. “what are you saying?” he asked although the figure could not understand him. “so that is your language.” said the figure. Raikou asked who he was, but the figure just said “for what reason did you summon me?” asked the figure. “summon you?” Raikou was confused. “You called me, master.” “Did I? When?” “just now.” “How, who are you?” But before he got a response his tail collapsed and he lost track of where he was. He found some weights and lifted them with his tail. He continued to lift weights heavier and heavier until he could lift whatever he found in the room. He used his tail to try out the z-sword techniques he had practiced but this didn’t work as well as he had hoped.
Raikou spent the month training the weakness out of his tail.

Raikou decided to master the ‘Instant transmission’. He started only able to teleport a short distance sometimes even just not moving location. After a while, however he could teleport further and further, though he knew it would take a lot of training to be able to teleport from planet to planet, like Toonz and Kazuma.
So he decidided to spend the restof the month mastering that move.

Raikou decided to get used to his super sayain form, so, like toonz, he could stay in his highest state almost permanently. He concentrated on raising his ki to and above his limits. He stayed awake for days not moving but concentrating on raising his ki above its own limits. He continued on like this until he was hungry and refilled on whatever was in the fridge.
Raikou finished the month raising his ki beyond its limits

Raikou got the heaviest weights out again and lifted them first with his right hand then with his tail. He attached them to his arms and legs then flew as far up as he could go without falling back down from exaustion. The height got larger every time and after a while he had doubled the height he could go to.
Raikou finished the month training with the weights and testing how high he could go.

Raikou decided it was about time for a rest and spent a month in a bed, only doing enough exercise so his muscles didn’t cramp.

Raikou got out the lighter weights and started to warm himself up and get back into the pattern of things. He ran round the marked area and sparred with himself like he had in the first month.

Raikou went over all the things he had done in the previous months, charging ki beeyond it own limit, working his tail, sparring with himself, his new z-sword techniques, staying in ssj and the instant transmission.

Raikou spent a month meditating, hoping the same vision would come again, but it didn’t. At least, not until the end of the month. He saw the same shadowy figure. The figure said something in an unknown language. “what are you saying?” he asked although the figure could not understand him. “so that is your language.” said the figure. Raikou asked who he was, but the figure just said “for what reason did you summon me?” asked the figure. “summon you?” Raikou was confused. “You called me, master.” “Did I? When?” “just now.” “How, who are you?”. All over again. This time the shadow answered. “I am your imaginary friend.”

Raikou gave up on the figure and thought about how long he had been away from anyone, Toonz, Kazuma, and his sister Aki. He had been bored out of his skull and nearly been driven insane by the fact.
