Gohan steps into the gravity chamber, ready for more even after the year spent in the time chamber. He grins to himself. He's caught his stride, there's no reason to slow down now!
Moving to the switch, he turns the gravity to 150x, then remembers he'd trained in this intensity in the time chamber, setting it to 200x instead and hitting the button. He grits his teeth a bit as the gravity kicks in, and quickly powers through his forms, exploding into Force of Will and sending a shudder through the chamber. He flexes slowly to relax his muscles a bit. Being as comfortable as he is in this form, he almost doesn't feel the strain. Until he starts moving, that is.
Springing into action, he begins with a round of pushups and situps, then leaping into the air, spinning, and kicking off the walls, ceiling, or whatever other barrier comes up. He stops with a heavy thud in front of the control panel, grinning a bit at the marks his feet left in the floor. He moves to the hologram controls. He activates holograms of Cell, Frieza, and Buu in his Fat, Super, and Kid forms all at once. Moving to the center of the room, he squares off against them. With a forceful charge that sends a ripple of pure energy through the room, Gohan bolts at Kid Buu. He spins, kicking him in the back and sending him sailing into Cell, who was just on his way to attack Gohan from behind. Gohan holds his position for a moment, then flips around and grabs the head tentacles of the other two Buus, who had charged him from either side. Grinning, he ties them together, and then throws them bola style at an oncoming Frieza. The two puttylike creatures wrap around him and knock him to the ground, and then the three quarrel as they try to stand and untangle themselves.
Meanwhile, Cell and Kid Buu charge again. Both assault him from the front, but with his newly increased speed he's able to ward off every blow. He feels satisfied with himself even as he begins to break into a sweat, beginning to feel the weight of the gravity.
Gohan continues the fight for nearly two hours, able to hold off all the holograms with relative ease, though several times he's struck by a well-aimed ki attack, punch, or kick. Finally beginning to tire, Gohan thrusts out a hand and concentrates heavily as all five rush him at once. Within centimeters of him his concentration finally pay off, and the five are suddenly whipped into a tornado that knocks them completely off target. Gohan smirks, and a ball of cold ki appears in his other hand.
"Absolute Zero!" The ball is thrown into the whirling tornado, and the entire thing freezes solid with the holograms trapped inside. Gohan crosses his arms over his chest, blue flames slowly beginning to whirl around his forearms, building in size.
"Inferno Zero!" he yells, thrusting his hands out. A massive burst of flame fires out from between his hands, engulfing the tornado completely. With a bright flash and a searing sound, the frozen tornado and everything in it vanish. Gohan takes a deep breath, moving back to the controls and shutting them off. He walks out, snagging a towel in the room outside to dry himself off a bit on his way out of the training center.
