Aki stepped into the training chamber to loosen up for Teen Goten's training. She set the panel for 40x normal and powered up to Super Saiyan. She forcefully did her warm up exorcises and ran a few laps. 40x was tough but not too far from 30. She decided to turn it up substantially.
She reset the panel for 100x. She was brought down by gravity, but managed to stay on her feet.
She then repeated her warm ups until she felt comfortable.
"Computer, 2 sparring bots set at Saiyan pl."
The two bots came forth and lunged viciously at Aki.
Aki sent a few silver moons at the first to distract it while she kicked the head off the second. With one bot left, she squared off. They exchanged blows until Aki switched to her hidden fist. She expertly parried the attacks and kick the bot right through the chest.
"Computer, off. Thats enough for now."
She left the chamber.
