yes you can....you can choose between these ones.
1) Find an earth dragonball
2) go to planet tuffle ( you will be supplied with a small space pod) to obtain a scouter.
3)travel in space to train and learn under Nemekian masters on namek..
if you have something better you would like to do please say so.
