Kazuma had teleported himself to 00's homeplanet to start training her how to use shell bullet. He awaited for her at her house/ where she lived.

Android 00 walks in and sees Kazuma.
"Well......I always figured you to be taller." It was the first time the had ever met.
"So your gonna teach me how to use this thing? Good, I can't wait."

"Well, Alter power is usually something i dont see people learn, but i guess you genetically ingeneared yourself to have that. With that DNA i gave you, im surprized u were gonna use it on ureself. I thought you were gonna make a bio android of sorts." Kazuma pushed off of the wall that he was leaning against. "So. the shell Bullet. at least i gave it to you before i lost it. Anyways, to use it, right. i guess you already noticed how to bring it out and how it multiplys the strength of your arm."
Kazuma tells her to bring it out. She does and sp he examines it. "To full power." 00 powers to Super android and then her other arm becomes a shell bullet arm too.
"I see that you are starting to get used to the Shell Bullet's power. Its power is almost unlimited once you get a good hang of it."
He then goes to a gravity chamber with 00 to see what she's got with the two arms of hers.
